Customer Service/Store Policies

At The Quiet Moose, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, and construction is our priority.

Payment methods:  We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Order processing:  Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.  If delays are experienced, we will notify you immediately. Next day and second day orders will be shipped the same day, provided they are received by us no later that noon e.s.t.  Order acknowledgements will be emailed to you along with information regarding any back orders and their status. 

We will gift wrap at no charge.

Finding out about your order status and/or changing your order:  Please, email us at jennifer@quietmooseonline.com  or call TOLL FREE 1-800-960-0800.

Order cancellations:  If an order has not shipped, you may cancel or change the order.  To cancel an order, please email us at jennifer@quietmooseonline.com or call toll free 1-800-960-0800.

Sales tax:  Michigan sales tax of 6% is charged on all orders shipped within Michigan. 

Returns and Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  We've set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.

Most important is that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.

It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.

If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery.  Please call The Quiet Moose at 1-800-960-0800 or email jennifer@quietmooseonline.com to let us know of your delivery refusal.  Record the freight company's name andtrailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us.  We may be able to replace damaged pieces.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method.  We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees.  If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
